We are getting ready to go-live with our first Performance Evaluation process. Our upper level managers need the ability to review performance documents for their indirect reports (for example, my boss's boss needs to be able to see my performance eval), however, they do not want a step where they are forced to review it. Some managers will use this and some will not.
Has anyone had success making this available? We are new to Fusion Performance so we're not sure what all the options are.
