Employee on Leave - how do you update?

Summary

Fusion HCM Performance Process

Content

Our performance document is used as part of an annual performance process (we only have one document for the performance year) and we are currently approaching our end of year time frame. I was testing the system for some common questions I think may come up -

- what to do when an employee is out on leave (but we will need ratings entered for them)

I was testing this and found if an employee never entered goals (not that uncommon) and I needed to move the task forward, I wasn't able to add ratings to the system as a manager without the goals in the system and am curious what other companies do to work around this (if they have something similar).

Howdy, Stranger!
