Delete goal from Performance Plan

Delete goal from Performance Plan

Content

Hello all I am in a bit of an interesting bind.

Recently my company launched our yearly annual performance process and have come into some interesting issues.

Our company uses an employee – managers – hr partner hierarchy for performance. This is the flow opposed to the normal employee – manager – manager manager.

Instead of having managers or hr partners control the process of performance me as system admin and a performance process manager manage it. This removes managers and hr partners from controlling the process.

Our performance documents automatically take all goals and load them into it. Additionally, I as admin do a force creation of the document for all 15000 people in the company.

Howdy, Stranger!
