Hello,

We've been experiencing more issues/errors when attempting to remove/inactivate/delete user accounts in SmartOrg via TCC after the 15B upgrade. Most of the errors we are receiving have to do with users who have outstanding tasks, processes, or items when attempting to "delete" the accounts. However, prior to 15B it seems that TCC used to simply "inactivate" user accounts instead and did not take into consideration whether or not the users had any pending items. Is this a normal change? Is it possible to have TCC inactivate accounts instead of delete them?
