Mass Transfer to new*manager* HR Partner

Need to be able to do a mass transfer from one step to the otherContent
Hello all and happy Tuesday.
We are currently in the middle of our Performance Review process for the year. Our workflow is such that it goes from employee to manager to HR Partner back to Manager. HR Partner replaced the Second Manager default routing.
I have currently had an HR Partner leave the company in the middle of this process. Is there an easy way to mass transfer documents to a new HR Partner? Please advise.
