Goal Status Count

This is part of the series of sample reports to use in your cloud environments created by Oracle BI and HCM Product Management.

The attached sample OTBI analysis will give you counts of Worker Performance goals and Development goals in various statuses across all the Business Units.

The Goals Count can be viewed aggregated by Business Units, Location,  Manager, or by Individual Workers.

If you are interested in bringing this into your environment, simply copy and paste the XML from the attached document into the Advanced Tab in Answers while creating a new analysis and then click Apply XML.
