Hi,
I am trying to get a report on Taleo recruit OBI to obtain the number of external candidates in different steps and status. For example in the report one of the columns should contain the number of external candidates who are in the step/status = HR Screen/Shortlisted, in the next column should contain the number external candidates who are in the step/status = HM Screen/Shortlisted, similarly in the next columns I need the number of internal candidates who are in the steps/statuses are the same as above.
