Job Profile Competencies

We have several competencies assigned to our job profiles which then are pulled into our performance document. For our next year's performance cycle, the business would like to change the competencies against the jobs. Has anyone gone through this previously and would be willing to offer best practice to have this completed? Some questions I have -

 

  • Would love it if you could end date the competencies and add new ones to keep that history but I only see a 'from date' and can delete or add new ones. Will deleting the competencies lose the history within historical performance documents?
