OTBI/OBIEE report with Attachments?

Can attachment counts be displayed in BI report?

We have a requirement to create a report showing opportunities with attachments. 

If we can only flag those opportunities, that's fine. If we can return  a count of attachments, even better.  I don't see any Subject Areas with that information. 

If not using a BI analysis, would it be possible in BI Publisher?
