Hello all,
Last year my company rolled out goal plans and did our first performance cycle with success. This year my stakeholders would like to have a psuedo mid year checkpoint. They want to ensure employees go in and verify via some form of indicator that they reviewed their goals with their manager as of a certain date.
Logically I think that if this was a feature in the goal plan itself it would be easier on my end, Has anyone done verification of mid year checkpoint or review? If so how did you go about it? Thank you.
