We are approaching the roll out of our second year of performance management within Fusion and I am currently going through user acceptance testing. Our current process has been for our HR Operations team, when they process manager changes on the manage employment record to transfer the performance document to the new manager. We've also implemented an audit to capture where these may not match up. Now that I am testing for our second year of performance, I am finding that when an employee changes managers the closed performance document is visible to both the new manager and the old
