We use Oracle HCM Cloud Goals and Performance.  We have quarterly conversations where employees and managers have discussions about progress made on goals (where goal comment fields are currently used to record the progress).  And then at the end of the year we have our year-end performance cycle and push out the annual performance document.  While we've used a performance questionnaire in the past to have employees confirm whether or not they had a quarterly discussion with their manager, we are investigating the feasibility of just using our annual performance document year-round (as managers want the ability to provide comments on competency progress, too,
