We are running into the following error when loading our
bulk worker.dat (conversion) file:

"The assignment and work terms should be inactive from
the next day after the termination."

This occurs on workers who have a previous, now inactive
work relationship that has multiple work terms and assignments that ended at
different times. For example, a worker started with the company in 2000/01/01
in what we will call Assignment A. They were then hired into an additional
assignment in 2001/01/01, which we will call Assignment B. Both Assignment A
