Configure performance template questionnaire so that a manager can answer it.

Hi

We have been using performance templates for a while, however a new requirement for 360 feedback has been requested by the business. I have checked the documentation and it indicates that a line manager can answer a questionnaire within the performance document.

I have created the questionnaire and added it to the template and added the manager and employee roles. However when the employee goes to create a feedback request for the line manager the name is not searchable.

I figure I am missing some configuration somewhere, but can't work it out.
