dynamic candidate email address in SMTP Post Processing Step

Is there any way to send an email to candidates from TCC. Is there any way to have candidate email address in To field of SMTP step

If my export script has 3 records in the csv file, I would like to send an email to all 3 of them. Is there any way to achieve this in TCC without any hardcoding..
