Recruiters to do data entry for new jobs needed

Hi all

Trying to streamline processes and am wondering the following:

Is there a way for the recruiters to put in the request for a new job through Taleo or Fusion?

Right now new position requests are all through email, but as we are growing exponentially this process is not as smooth as I would like, so any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
