We are looking to launch with CIC+ before Transitions is available in our zone

Macy's is in the process of moving to HCM and with this launch we will be bringing on Transitions, however we are looking to go live with CIC+ before Transitions will be live in our zone. Has anyone implemented CIC+ without having an integration with Transitions and how you are passing data to HCM without Transitions. Any help or information you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
