We are having discussions about how Review Scores from Performance Documents will feed into the Compensation module within HCM. Currently, we are on Taleo Performance, so we have a report from OBI that pulls review scores and we have to load the scores into PeopleSoft. As we move to HCM Cloud, we are wondering how this process will work. Do the review scores from a Performance document flow automatically to Compensation, or is this going to have to be a process where we pull a report of review scores and load into Compensation?
