Mass Update Performance document or make View Only
SummaryCan we prevent employees from completing their Performance docs?
We are in a situation where we had a couple too many steps in our 2016 Performance Reviews and there are many that are incomplete - for example, Worker & Manager have both done their evaluations and Perf doc has been shared, but the Worker & Manager Final Feedback steps in the 'flow' have not been completed. We are having an extremely hard time getting folks to finish this and it is unlikely they will. We would like to somehow either...
a) mass complete the perf docs - from what I've read on Cust Connect & MOS, this is an ER that has not yet been released, but please let me know if I'm mistaken.
