Worker Relationships in Performance Management
SummaryCan we configure Direct Reports to show in 'Relationship to Worker'
We have a new requirement to be able to identify the managers direct reports in the 'Add Participant' task for questionnaires through the performance document. I can see that we can already choose, Peers, All Internal, and Matrix Managers. Is it possible to configure 'Direct Reports' as a relationship.
I have searched the documentation but can't find anything that leaps out. So thought I would seek the extensive knowledge of the community for guidance.
