Candidates that use Search Jobs versus Sourcing

Summary

We need a way to track how many candidates applied directly via our company website Career Pages versus how many were sourced elsewhere

Content

We would like to be able to track how many candidates came from our company's website search jobs (career pages) versus how many came from other sourcing options such as Indeed or monster. Is there a way to track and report on this?
