We would like to hear from customers who encourage updates to competency ratings throughout the year

The Talent Management product development team is looking at usability improvements related to competency ratings within the Skills and Qualifications page.  We would like to hear from customers who encourage their employees and managers to update proficiency ratings on competencies from within the Skills and Qualifications page.  Please tell us when and how you encourage updates to proficiency ratings. We'd also like to know what drives updates to the competencies that are being assessed. We appreciate any feedback you can provide and may reach out directly to ask more details.
