Hi, 

I would like to know whether there is a possibility within performance documents to set the status or some other (flex)field to intentionally not rated. 

An example where you would like to do this: when an employee is eligible for performance management but has just started and performance evaluation is not needed yet, an employee who was on (pregnancy) leave or sick during the review year.
