Hi Team -

In Manage Eligibility Profiles, there is a item called “People Manager” under Employment. From where does it fetch the data ? There is no explicit field called people manager in employment record. There is a field named " Working as Manager" in employment page which is not used by us & hidden for all empls. So am not sure what’s the logic used to tag a user as People Manager, is it based on security role assigned to user?
