R12 Goal Issue

Managers can't see direct reports goals

Hi All,

We just upgraded to R12 and found an issue where managers can't view their direct reports goals. We have done all of the steps they said to in that we added the roles and refreshed the manger hierarchy process and both didn't solve the issue.

Did anyone else have this problem and find a solution?

I have a Sev 1 opened with Oracle but am still trying to get them to call back me back.
