Need to allow a part of our business to add their own competencies without them being a part of the libraryContent
Hi. I'm wondering if there is an ability for an employee and/or manager to add a competency to a performance appraisal if the competency is not added into the competency library. Looking to see if the person can just add a new competency directly to the form.
