Turn off View on Talent Center - Onboarding Documents

Is there a way to shut off the View button on the Talent Center for Onboarding documents. Employees and new hires click this button and expect to be able to fill out the form, but this is just a preview. It is confusing to have two buttons - one that is a locked version, when the employee or new hire really needs to click eSign instead to actually complete the form.
