We have a category of goals for Probation and Performance Improvement Plans which we do not want to be pulled through into the Annual Review performance document , is there a way to do this please ?
I know each performance document has an eligibility profile section, what eligibility criteria could I us to prevent certain category of goals coming into the performance document ? I assume this would be using a formula or user defined criteria ?
