Can the "Apply" button be removed from the job search results page?

Can the "Apply" button be removed from the job search results page so it forces applicants to view the job description?

We need our applicants to actually view the whole job posting (Requisition View page) in the Career Center Page prior to applying so they know what the physical demands are.  Currently the candidate can click "Apply" right at the search results page and go straight to the application.
