Unique ID's for performance ratings

How to find the unique, in system, ID's for performance rating.

Good morning,

I'm not sure where this questions sits (Performance or Reporting or compensation module) but I have a performance rating system that gives an employee rating of 0-5. I know that each rating "value" is assigned a unique ID in the system. I am using this unique id (eg: 300000022163545) in some queries for compensation module. I have 5 of the Unique numbers but I can't seem to locate 1 of them. 

Does anyone know who to find them out?
