Performance Rating Calculation Rule

Issues with developing a rule that uses the raw calculation of scores from two sections

Content

Hello all,

Hoping someone can pint me in the right direction. For the overall summary rating in the performance document, I need to take the average score from both the goals and competencies sections (the average prior to applying to the rating scales), determine the average and then apply to a client-specific rating scale such as:

1 = score of 0 -2

2= score of 2.0 - 2.79

3 = score of 2.8 - 3.79

4 = score of 3.8 -  4.69

5 = score of 4.7 - 5

I had hoped to use review points on the rating model to meet this requirement, but the help docs inside the app state that review points are only for use with sum or band calculation, whereas I need "Average." I've now approached by writing a Performance Rating Calculation Rule.

Howdy, Stranger!
