Performance Management - Evaluation cannot be performed concurrently

Following enhancement came with the November Quarterly Patch. I tried to validate this but did not find any difference. Has anyone tried this? Is there any documentation on this ?

1. In the case of concurrent evaluation, when a manager returns a performance document to a worker, worker rating is displayed on the My Manager Evaluations page.
2. In the case of concurrent evaluation, a manager should have Manager Evaluation as the first task on My Manager Evaluations page, irrespective of the sequence set for Manager and Worker Evaluations in the process flow.

Resolution 
With this update, the following changes are delivered.
