Hi All, 

in the following business context:

-XYZ is an Italian Company that operates internationally in various business sectors, with a total staff of around 1600.
-XYZ is implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Solution in order to manage the full lifecycle of employees, including Performance Evaluation and MBO.
-XYZ is adopting Performance Management in order to manage Performance Evaluation for its employees. Performance Appraisal is based on the evaluation of soft skills and personal goals.
-There are 100 employees that are MBO eligible. These employees are also performance appraisal eligible.
