Want to remove Subtype in Goal plan. There is There is lookup for subtype : HRG_SUB_TYPE_CODE. But I am not able to find this in Manage Worker Goal Setting Lookups.

Release version is 12. Can some one suggest me why this is not visible. Am i missing something ? Please see attched screenshot
