We have candidate and employee records that are created by a TCB interface from our HR system.

IT want to change some of the unique identifiers in the HR system. Is it possible to update the unique identifier on the candidate and employee records in Taleo without losing the connection between candidate and employee, and without losing history.

We also use SSO which adds a further layer of complexity.

I would appreciate any words of wisdom about this.
