"Search for My Organization Performance Documents" not working

Hi ,

As HR Specialist and even as an Admin,  I am not able to find few employees and few are coming, strange thing is employee which are coming in search are not from my department, and which I want to search they are not coming. 

Their accounts are active still not able to search Please see the screenshot. Any help would be appreciated
