Deeplink to the Performance Overview/Home Page

Is there a deeplink to the Performance Overview/Home Page, i.e. where all the performance documents are listed?

We copied the link from the Performance overview page (see below), which appears to work successfully, but the URL is very long. I checked the "Deeplinks" option and found admin performance tasks, and the employee acknowledgement task, but there was no deeplink to the Performance overview screen.  

Can we use this link below?
