Excluding Contingent Workers in Add Participants Search
Summary
Excluding Contingent Workers in Add Participants SearchContent
We loaded contractors (contingent workers) into the system for the first time in December. We didn't want them to appear in the Performance work area for managers, as they are not eligible to go through our performance process, and luckily, since we didn't load job titles for them, they don't show (performance automatically doesn't display them because of the missing job title). However, they do show in the search when looking up participants to add. And of course a few have been selected, but then the contingent can't provide feedback because they don't have access to Performance, and confusion ensues.
