Tracking Performance Documents

What is best method to track progress of a document as an admin

Hello All,

I am having some difficulty in tracking performance documents. I am using different reporting capabilities but I still cannot seem to get a clean view.

an example is that In a rating report it shows employee and manager ratings. But when I look at the document status it is in employee assessment. This is a flag to me indicating clearly it has been reset at some point after both employee and manager rated the employee. When I try to get greater detail as to who and when I cannot the data fields are blank as to who performed the reset. and when.

Howdy, Stranger!
