Hello,

We have created a competency and included it as a specific content item, in a profile content section of the performance document. This field will ideally house a numeric value that a manager can enter as part of the performance document. When running through the configuration, there is only an option to give the content item a rating scale. Is there a way to configure a reportable free text field against a competency item, or is the only way to achieve this through the use of Descriptive Flex Fields?
