Suggest ways how we can have the functionality for Appeal process in Performance Management.
Requirement is, if an associate is not happy with the ratings that has been discussed in Review meeting he can initiate an appeal process in system and that will go for recording discussion comments from 3(Line Manager , Grand Manager , HR Business Partner) levels and at last the Performance CoE will close with the final comment.
If any changes are required to be done in rating then Line Manager will complete and submit the Manager Evaluation task.
