Parallel Approval Groups for Performance Management Approval

Hello,
I want to configure an approval group where all the approvals are in parallel ( i.e. if one approves then no need to go through the remaining list). So, I went to Manage Approval Groups for Human Capital Management and I created a static Group. I added inside the group 2 people as you can see in the below screenshot. I added this approval group in the Performance management flow. Then, I tested it but, the approval task went at first to the first employee in the approval group and only after he approved the task it went to the second employee in the group for another approval. So the approval seems to be sequential and not
