After going live with performance management I have noticed an issue with assigning goal plans that will have an impact on how we manage our process. I have scheduled the goal plan to assign daily to users based on multiple eligibility profiles. The goal plan was successfully assigned at launch but I am now seeing issues now that there has been some data changes to employee records. An example of this problem would be that John was an active assignment on 1/2/18 and was assigned the goal plan. On 2/1/18 John has changed assignments and is now working internationally so his
