After adding goals in goal plan, worker cant change weightage in goal plan

Hi Team,

We created one goal plan and add one goal inside that plan with 100% weightage. Now when Employee is adding goals to his goal plan he cannot change the Goal weightage because already 100 percent is assigned to another goal. How can we fix this ?  Am I missing any configuration. Goal plan total weightage should be 100 percent but it should adjust weightage when Employee add goal to goal plan
