Removing Year-end Rating from Review?

Summary

exploring how others may have removed the overall/summary rating from their year-end review?

Content

Hi - in line with the "not-so-recent" trend of removing year-end performance ratings, we were curious if anyone has done this for their y/e process; or if the capability to do so exists within Performance.

With this thinking, we would still have open-ended comment boxes for the manager to input feedback on the goals/competencies and submit, but no final rating dropdown in the review. If anyone has implemented this, please share; and if yes, would you be able to provide some guidance on how to denote "rockstar" or "at-risk/low" performers.

Howdy, Stranger!
