Can We add Content Type Talent Score and Risk of loss in Person Profile ?

Dear All,

Manager is giving rating to Performance, Risk of loss, Impact of loss and Talent score  in Talent Review meeting, but in Person Profile only Potential level and Performance Rating is coming ( Please see screenshot). Is it possible to show the Talent score and other itmes under career planning tab in Person profile ???
