Global Transfers and Perf Documents

Summary

Anyone know of a way of transsferring a performance document when an employee has a global transfer keyed?

Just wondering if anyone has found a way or knows of a workaround for being able to transfer a performance document with an employee when a global transfer is keyed.  I really want the ability to move the form with the employee I just can't find a way to do it.
