Custom HR Role with Search for My Organization Performance Documents

Hello,

I am trying to create a new custom HR specialist role for the Performance Management module that can see only the administrative task "Search for My Organization Performance Documents". Do you have ever try to do this? I tried but, when I access to this task with my custom role I cannot find employees in the search results (these employees  have a document in progress)
