Shared Goals can be created as a global goal
Customer needs to create global goals, which can be shared among the employees. this type of goals affects the final score of the employee in an evaluation including manager position, CEO, VP,etc. because all the employees will have this goal assigned.
Here's an example: there's a goal called "Annual Sales", the sales group unit will have assigned this goal with a target of sales, if they achieve this goal 100% the supervisor of this unit will receive a "gap" number in his evaluation(let's say 5) of the same goal that represents the value of their team effort.
when the supervisor gets the final score on his evaluation, the line manager of that unit will receive a "gap" number (let's say 3) that represents the value of the sales unit and the supervisor effort.
