Sprucing up the Internal Taleo Careers Page

HTML and CSS with Screenshot to spruce up the Taleo Internal Careers Page or any Careers Page

Content

Hi All,

We wanted to create an internal careers page and spruce up the Job Results page which is what our employees will initially see. It was rather boring out of the box. We will eventually have a landing page but needed something in the interim that was clean, elegant and inviting while still being responsive and clear.

I looked around and asked (Thanks Kathy DiPaola!)  for different options to see what other orgs are doing and worked on creating something. With my limited knowledge of html and css (which means most people can figure it out) combined with handy Google, I was able to put this simple solution together in the Dynamic HTML. It works pretty well and seems responsive. I cannot guarantee it but it is currently working.

Howdy, Stranger!
